If you have been asking…

“…but where will I go?”

“Did I waste my life?”

“What will happen to my family if I leave?”

Don’t worry.

We all ask these questions on the way out of rigid belief systems. They are important. They are not un-answerable.

They are easier to answer when you ground spirituality through your body and if you have someone to talk to.

I had a full Church Member resume at the time:

service, mission, marriage, kids etc. But, I was jostled awake from my trad-wife dream and then spent months “re-investigating the Church.” My husband and I renegotiated everything from underwear, to parenting, to breakfast choices.

Piece by messy piece, my husband and I constructed our new life. I also host The Embodied Faith Transition Podcast and post on Youtube (@SortaMormon) about the process.
